Our Story

love lead

Love Lead Organization was legalized in 2024 and became well-known in 2025 following the launch of its website and Facebook page. It was founded by individuals from diverse backgrounds who came together to respond to humanitarian needs. These individuals, from different backgrounds, identified various challenges facing humanity and decided to contribute solutions at their respective levels.

Guided by their diverse expertise and the pressing challenges they observed, they decided to focus their efforts on: Peacebuilding, Entrepreneurship, Education, Child and Women Protection, Environmental Conservation, and WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene). Due to limited resources, Love Lead initially operated as a volunteer-driven initiative, collaborating closely with local organizations before evolving into a formally recognized body. Over the past three years, Love Lead has actively partnered with and supported various local organizations such as ASCOA, Clean Tech, Revive Action Cameroon, Teks Global Foundation (TGF), and Meg Wah (My Earth), gaining valuable experience and positively impacting many lives.

The socio-political crisis in Cameroon further inspired the creation of Love Lead Organization. This crisis brought about numerous challenges: peace no longer guides societal actions, human rights are violated, some children can no longer attend school due to the loss of one or both parents, and women and girls are increasingly vulnerable to rape and violence. Access to potable water remains a critical issue in crisis-affected areas. These injustices caught our attention and demanded our intervention.

We are deeply conscious of the legacy we must leave for future generations. This is why we align our work with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

At Love Lead, we believe that every individual, regardless of gender, is a potential agent of sustainable development. We aim to promote peace and good values, facilitate access to education for the underprivileged, support women and girls in claiming their rightful place in society, ensure access to clean water, build the capacity of youth, and cultivate responsible future leaders. Above all, we are committed to ensuring we live in a safe and healthy environment.
